Trust me, when I say you’ll want to keep a stash of these cups of goodness in your freezer.\u2063<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I was a kid, I loved hitting up Golden Spoon for froyo. If you know, you know. These \ud835\udde3\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfb \ud835\uddd9\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude06\ud835\uddfc \ud835\uddd6\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddfd\ud835\ude00 are the perfect little treat post-lunch or dinner. They’ll curb the craving without breaking the bank. Plus, they remind me of my childhood, but much healthier. Win-win, right?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 cup greek yogurt (I used berry flavored.)\u2063
1- 2 scoops\u00a0BUBS Naturals<\/a>\u00a0collagen\u2063
1\/4 cup maple syrup\u2063
1 tbsp\u00a0Sunfood<\/a>\u00a0cacao powder\u2063
1\/4 cup natural nut butter (I used almond butter.)\u2063
1 tbsp almond flour\u2063
1\/2 tbsp\u00a0BUBS Naturals<\/a><\/a>\u00a0MCT Oil Powder\u2063<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Directions\u2063<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mix together yogurt, collagen, maple syrup, and cacao powder and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the nut butter, almond flour, and MCT Oil Powder.\u2063

Line a muffin tin with liners and lightly and grease them. Do not skip this step. \u2063
Now it’s time to layer. Add a little of the yogurt mixture, then nut butter mixture, then top it with more yogurt mixture.\u2063<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Freeze for at least an hour; store up to a month in the freezer using your favorite stasher bag<\/a>. \u2063
