Typically my winter staple is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cookinglight.com\/food\/quick-healthy\/southwestern-recipes-quick-easy-20-minutes-00400000043359\/page13.html\">Chicken Tortilla Soup<\/a>, but things changed in 2010 and I fell in love with Creamy Baked Potato Soup. Every time potato soup was listed as &nbsp;<i>soup of the day<\/i> I just &nbsp;had to have it. The craving became so bad one night I decided to tackle it at home and went to my trusty <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cookinglight.com\/\">Cooking Light<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;cookbook. The rest was history. &nbsp;If you are looking for a good hearty soup for those cold wintery nights I can rest assure &nbsp;you will not go wrong with a good creamy potato soup!<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"color: #555555;
