First let me start by saying how much I love <\/span>Costco<\/span><\/a> and how Nick & I seem to buy just about everything there. This past weekend we took our bi-monthly trip down to Carson, NV and of course Costco was a must. After hitting up the dog park, conveniently located across the street, we headed over. Typically I browse every section, making sure nothing “I might need” is over looked. This trip I scored a few books, one being <\/span>Cooking Light’s – Cooking Through the Seasons<\/span><\/a>. Once we returned home I quickly unloaded the car, pulled out my new cookbook and started scanning for new tasty delights. Don’t fret I will be sharing tons of new tasty recipes this summer, fall, & winter compliments of Cooking Light<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
