Line baking sheet with foil.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: center;\">\nCut parsnips and carrots lengthwise to desired size. Think shoestring fries \ud83d\ude42 Peel squash and cut into cubes. In a large mixing bowl, mix veggies with desired amount of &nbsp;sea salt, rosemary and olive oil. Spread evenly over baking sheet cook for 45 minutes. Flip about half way through.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: center;\">\nWe paired the side with baked Salmon and a kale salad. Healthy and yummy.<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: center;\">\nThe carrots and squash came from our weekly <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mountainbountyfarm.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mountain Bounty Farm<\/a> CSA box. I couldn&#8217;t be happier that I signed up for the veggie box.
