Technically the challenge started on March 11th, but the first weigh in was last Thursday. So the burning question &#8212; How did I do? Of course, I nailed it!<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Weight-loss: <\/span><\/b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"line-height: 18px;\">To<br \/>\n sum it up I lost three pounds in three weeks and 2.7% total body fat<br \/>\nwhich is 4.75 pounds. That means I gained 1.75 pounds of muscle! &nbsp;To top<br \/>\n it off I&#8217;m in third place! I<br \/>\ndidn&#8217;t cut some food items out completely, but I did cut back<br \/>\ntremendously. For instance, I allow myself to enjoy a glass of wine on<br \/>\nFriday or Saturday night&nbsp;<span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><i>(a glass being the ke<span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">y<\/span> word)<\/i><\/span>&nbsp;but not during the week or<br \/>\n cutting out cheese, but still eating yogurt. During a typical work week<br \/>\n I have a smoothie for breakfast, salad for lunch and chicken or fish<br \/>\nwith veggies for dinner. For snacks I enjoy fruit or nuts. I&#8217;m stronger and my pants are fitting better. I can&#8217;t wait for the next weight in.
