Plus, I know the hubby loves pizza and I haven&#8217;t made it for him in months! There&#8217;s no take and bake at our house. margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\nAdd flour,<br \/>\nolive oil, salt, and sugar.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\nKnead for<br \/>\nabout 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\nTransfer the<br \/>\ndough to a bowl lightly coated with olive oil and turn it once to coat with<br \/>\noil. Cover with plastic wrap or a clean cloth and let rise in a warm place<br \/>\nuntil doubled in bulk, 1 to 1 1\/2 hours.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\nMeanwhile, make the sauce.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\nChop the broccoli,<br \/>\nonion and carrots and place them in a hot, oiled saucepan. Let the veggies cook<br \/>\nfor a few minutes and then add the tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes or<br \/>\nuntil soft. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<\/span>Next add the tomato paste<br \/>\nand cook on low heat for an additional 3-4 minutes. Season to taste and let<br \/>\ncool.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\nOnce the<br \/>\nveggies are cool puree in a blender for about 30 seconds or until it\u2019s the<br \/>\nconsistency of pizza sauce.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\nGrease 2 pizza<br \/>\nstones and dust with cornmeal or flour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\nPunch down<br \/>\nthe dough and divide it in half.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\nPreheat oven<br \/>\nto 425 degrees.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\nOne at a<br \/>\ntime, flatten each ball of dough on baking sheet into a 12-inch round. To<br \/>\nprevent the filling from making the crust soggy, brush the top of the dough<br \/>\nwith olive oil. Use a fork to push dents in the surface of the dough, to<br \/>\nprevent bubbling, and let rest for 10 minutes.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\nTop with<br \/>\npizza with deliciousness and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is browned<br \/>\nand the cheese is golden.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\n&nbsp; <\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0in;\">\nWe topped one pizza with a yellow bell pepper, broccoli, 3 cheese blend and a handful of grape tomatoes. Another with sun dried tomato pesto, peperoni, spinach, fresh mozzarella and grape tomatoes.
