I seriously didn&#8217;t think Friday would ever come. To celebrate I treated myself with a killer workout this morning and now I&#8217;m enjoying a soy latte and raspberry scone. Since I shared my <a href=\"http:\/\/icecreamandfrenchfries.blogspot.com\/2014\/03\/90-day-challenge-one-year-later.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fitness success <\/a>over the last year Tuesday and this week was the first full week of spring today&#8217;s 5-er is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/tiarawasner\/fitness-motivation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">health inspired<\/a>. Bikini season is two months away people! It&#8217;s time to kick it in high gear.<\/p>\n<p>Here are five ways I stay dedicated to working out and living healthy.<\/p>\n<p><b>one.<\/b><br \/>\nNo Excuses. We live on our smart phones so why not let them keep you motivated and on track. I use <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myfitnesspal.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">My Fitness Pal<\/a> to track food\/overall workouts and Run Keeper to track runs. I&#8217;m&nbsp; usually a sweaty hot mess when I&#8217;m working out so why not own awesome workout clothes. You don&#8217;t have to spend a fortune <a href=\"http:\/\/tjmaxx.tjx.com\/store\/jump\/category\/women\/departments\/active\/cat260064\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TJ Maxx<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.target.com\/c\/activewear-women-s-clothing\/-\/N-5xtcl#?lnk=gnav_women_1_2&amp;intc=736560|null\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Target<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www1.marshallsonline.com\/tjx\/ladies.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marshalls<\/a> all carry great options. I schedule all my workouts. This goes back to accountability. Consider it a meeting for yourself &#8212; you time. I love my time in the morning.
