This past weekend was perfection &#8212; beach, bbqs, and good friends and family.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">\nFriday morning my brother and his childhood friend joined us. We packed up the cooler and headed to the beach via bikes. Credit: Erin Frederick<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>\nAfter an awesome day at the beach we bbqed back at our place before heading to the firework show.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday we hiked to Round Lake via Big Meadow. It&#8217;s a fairly easy hike. The pup dog had a blast running through the open meadow.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ahappyhealthyhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/photo-2-1-1024x768.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/ahappyhealthyhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/photo-2-1-1024x768.jpg\" height=\"480\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a>Quick pic with the hubby and Roxy. All in all I would say it was a successful weekend. Nick&#8217;s folks fly in Thursday so the next few weeks are going to be full of adventures.
