I&#8217;m often asked how I stay in shape and what I eat. Today I&#8217;m going to show you what I&#8217;m really eating for lunch. I know, I&#8217;m getting cray-cray over here. Maybe it&#8217;s because it finally snowed in Tahoe.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s start with fit goals though. I workout a lot. I&#8217;m talking 6-8 times a week over 5-6 days. Plus I really watch what I eat. In order to stay on track, every month I like to set a new goal to work towards. Last month it was 10 unbroken kipping pull-ups which I accomplished with just a few days to spare. This month I&#8217;m working on 5 strict pull-ups. In order to reach my goal I know I need to build muscle. This is where what I eat really counts.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s doesn&#8217;t matter how much you workout fit bodies are made in the kitchen. Today I&#8217;m building a better lunch. Hopefully, I&#8217;ve inspired you to start thinking about what you&#8217;re eating. Especially with the holidays quickly approaching.<\/p>\n<p><b>5 STEPS TO BUILDING A BETTER LUNCH<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n1. Plan ahead \/Don&#8217;t forget to prep the night before<br \/>\n2. Balance your meals<br \/>\n3. Pack healthy snacks<br \/>\n4. Use leftovers<br \/>\n5. I was impressed.
