I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again — Where did the year go? As I type my sweet baby is napping, work is wrapped up for the day and my house oh-vey<\/strike> needs a serious cleaning. Let’s procrastinate cleaning the house and take a look at 2015 and all its glory.<\/p>\n

JANUARY<\/b>
\nBest month the entire year because, duh, Emerson was born<\/a>! It was a rocky start, but she’s a fighter.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nFEBRUARY<\/b> <\/div>\n
\nWe spent the month focusing on our sweet baby girl! I shared my postpartum essentials<\/a> and her two week<\/a> & one month<\/a> update.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nMy mother-in-law came to visit and we made the most delicious PB cookies<\/a>!<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nMARCH<\/b><\/div>\n
\nWe were finally getting into the swing of things as a family of three. In March I shared our newborn photos<\/a>, my new mom style<\/a> and our love for Lulujo Baby<\/a> [swaddle pictured above].<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nWe also made it a point to get outside daily.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nAPRIL<\/b><\/div>\n
\nWe traveled to South Dakota, I finally shared Emerson’s birth story<\/a> and Emerson turned three months<\/a>!<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nMAY<\/b><\/div>\n
\nAside from January, May was a big month for us. We started our long awaited kitchen remodel<\/a>! My dad and step-mom visited mother’s day weekend and helped with the baby and demo.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n

JUNE<\/b>
\nI would like to say I started blogging about things other then Emerson, but I didn’t. We reviewed a Halo SleepSack<\/a> and shared her five month<\/a> update.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a><\/div>\n

\nJULY<\/b>
\nMy mom visited and watched Emerson for a week so I could work an Event. I made some deliciousness in July too – Breakfast Quesadillas<\/a> and  Watermelon Juice<\/a>. Emerson celebrated her first Fourth of July.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a><\/div>\n

\nAUGUST<\/b>
\nAnother big month personally for me. In August I left my job to work as a consultant and stay home with Emerson and Nick and I celebrated our third anniversary<\/a>! In the blogging world I chatted about a sunrise hike<\/a> with 100+ friends.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a><\/div>\n

\nSEPTEMBER<\/b>
\nWorking for myself allowed my to really amp up my blogging game. I joined a few new networks [IZEA<\/a> and SoFab] and affiliate programs [EBATES<\/a>] and saw my readership grow slow and steadily [I won’t have it any other way].<\/p>\n

I blogged about my Top Five Tahoe Hikes<\/a> and Fit Pregnancy, Postpartum and Beyond<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Emerson experienced first beach day in Southern California.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a><\/div>\n

\nOCTOBER<\/b>
\nAside from a number of sponsored posts, we celebrated Halloween<\/a> and went Apple Picking<\/a>. On the baby front I shared my Body After Baby<\/a> and Emerson turned Nine Months<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a><\/div>\n

\nNOVEMBER<\/b>
\nMy sister and brother-in-law visited and we traveled to Colorado for Thanksgiving<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\nDECEMBER<\/b>
\nAll this Christmas! Having Emerson made the Holidays so much more fun! I shared our Christmas Cards<\/a> and recap<\/a>.<\/p>\n
