Of course, I thought I was super healthy but numbers don&#8217;t lie. Three years and a baby later I&#8217;m ready for another challenge. Although, I&#8217;ve lost all the <a href=\"http:\/\/icecreamandfrenchfries.blogspot.com\/2015\/10\/body-after-baby-1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">baby weight<\/a> my goal is to get the best body I can. We&#8217;re going to Hawaii in four months, eek!<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s start with some before photos. I don&#8217;t know about you, but I love a good before and after photo!<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m just rocking leggings and a sports bra, but I think it&#8217;s a good before. Don&#8217;t worry I snapped a few in my bikini for the final comparison. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/ahappyhealthyhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Before-and-after-1024x721.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/ahappyhealthyhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Before-and-after-1024x721.jpg\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/api.shopstyle.com\/action\/apiVisitRetailer?id=486338185&amp;pid=uid4225-26975935-83\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Leggings<\/a> | <a href=\"http:\/\/api.shopstyle.com\/action\/apiVisitRetailer?id=456281182&amp;pid=uid4225-26975935-83\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Sports Bra<\/a><\/div>\n<p>\n<b>Stats<\/b><br \/>\nWeight: 130 lbs, (1\/17) Although, the gym scale says 128 lbs &#8230; I&#8217;m not sure I believe it.<br \/>\nHeight: 5&#8217;3&#8243;<br \/>\nBMI: I really wish I knew. I&#8217;m going to see if I can find someone who knows how to measure BMI. This is what really matters.<\/p>\n<p><b>Goals<\/b><br \/>\n&#8211; &nbsp;Drop inches [I&#8217;m not worried about the number on the scale. Muscle weighs more than fat]<br \/>\n&#8211; &nbsp;Get back to eating nearly 100% paleo\/clean<br \/>\n&#8211; &nbsp;Increase overall strength<br \/>\n&#8211; &nbsp;CORE [enough said]<\/p>\n<p><b>Eats<\/b><br \/>\n100% Paleo! Yup, no diary, grains or alcohol. I plan on recapping my meals so stay tune. Interested in what I&#8217;m eating? Leave a comment with your email.<\/p>\n<p><b>Workouts<\/b><br \/>\nCrossfit and Spin&#8230; I don&#8217;t count walking the dog or skiing\/snowboarding as a &#8216;workout.&#8217; The plan is to workout 7-8 times a week. This means there will be a few double days. How do I make this happen? Workouts usually happen before 7 a.m. If it&#8217;s a double day I sneak in another after the hubby gets home from work. This also allows for a little one-on-one daddy daughter time. I think it&#8217;s good for both of them.<\/p>\n<p>There you have it &#8212; another challenge. God, I love a good challenge. I&#8217;m an all or nothing person so I can&#8217;t wait to see my after photos!<\/p>\n<p>Stay tune!
