Not only did I recently discover the best nut butter since sliced bread, but I have a tasty and simple recipe using said nut butter. Are you ready for it? LARABAR is making nut butters! But this momma loves apple topped with nut butter as an afternoon snack. It&#8217;s a downfall, but I&#8217;m a total snacker and personally I love anything that&#8217;s a grab and go. Let&#8217;s face it life gets busy and you just need some that&#8217;s easy yet some what good for you. All you need is one! I suggest making a batch during Sunday meal prep. While they&#8217;ll last up to a week in the fridge you can alway double the batch and freeze half for down the road. Just saying.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/ahappyhealthyhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/IMG_3045-1024x682.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"426\" src=\"https:\/\/ahappyhealthyhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/IMG_3045-1024x682.jpg\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div>\n<br \/>\n<b><u>CHOCOLATE NUT BUTTER TRUFFLES<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<i>Makes 20ish<\/i><br \/>\n<i><br \/><\/i><br \/>\n<b>Ingredients<\/b><br \/>\n1 cup LARABAR chocolate coconut chase and almond butter<br \/>\n2 tbsp real maple syrup<br \/>\n1 tbsp coconut oil<br \/>\n1\/4 cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions<\/b><br \/>\nUsing your food processor, combine nut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil.Process until well combined and mixture and be presses into a ball, about 1 minute. Place in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Shape into 20 &nbsp;(1 1\/4- inch) balls. Place coconut in a shallow dish and roll each ball ro cover.
