We all deserve second chances and in this case it’s called Stitch Fix<\/a>. I first discovered Stitch Fix<\/a> in 2014 and after few “fixes” I decided to break up with Stitch Fix<\/a> because it wasn’t giving me what I needed. I’ve heard it takes a few fixes before you fall in love, but my wallet wasn’t happy paying $20 and getting nothing in return.<\/p>\n

Fast forward to 2016, Stitch Fix<\/a> is still styling the masses, bloggers are still loving them and yours truly is giving them a second chance. Stitch Fix<\/a> kindly offered to cover my styling fee so I could give their service another shot. Since I had nothing to lose [literally] I scheduled a fix.  Before I get to my fix and what and kept or returned let’s chat about Stitch Fix<\/a>. You know, just in case it’s new to you.<\/p>\n

\nWhen I initially pulled this sweater out of the box I thought it was a keeper. Then I tried it on and wasn’t blown away.  While I LOVE the elbow patches, the buttons were just ok and the the overall fit felt frumpy. Verdict: Returned<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

\nThis piece is totally in my closet wheelhouse. Loved the fit and color, but the material wasn’t awesome and for that reason I sent it back. Verdict: Returned<\/p>\n

Sandie Fleece Lined Legging<\/b> [$88]
\nOK, I’m a leggings girl. However if I’m spending $88 on leggings they better be Lululemon. These felt amazing and passed the squat test. However, they were slightly big in the waist and had too high of a price tag. Verdict: Returned<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

\nMatt Faux Suede Pocket Knit Top <\/b>[$44]
\nAnother piece I loved straight out of the box. I pictured myself rocking this top with a pair of joggers while being awesome at the mom stuff I often fail hard at — that’s a post for another day. Anyway, I was extremely disappointed. The pocket was way off, I wish the fit had been looser, and the cream\/white was a tad see-through — oops. It totally reminded me of a top from TJ Maxx, etc. Verdict: Returned<\/p>\n

\nOh, the little black dress. Loved it, but don’t need another. Plus, it was cotton and overpriced…. Verdict: Returned<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

\nSadly I sent everything back. Yes, you read that correctly I sent everything back. I love the concept of Stitchfix<\/a>, but honestly I don’t know if it’s my cup of tea. Maybe if they did away with the styling fee I would be more open to trying the service again.<\/p>\n
