It&#8217;s crazy and sad that obesity is still on the rise especially among children. It got me thinking about simple ways to improve your health today. While I totally believe in finding a balance I also believe it&#8217;s up to us to be knowledgable and provide our family with truly healthy options. In the documentary parents thought cereal was a healthy option! People &#8212; even what&#8217;s marketed as healthy cereal is full of sugar. Sugar and processed food is what&#8217;s killing us. Plus an lack of exercise, but you can&#8217;t out exercise a bad diet. I challenge you to make a few small changes today that will impact your overall health long term.
