For lunch today I threw together a quick and easy dish packed with protein.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/ahappyhealthyhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_4692-1024x682.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"426\" src=\"https:\/\/ahappyhealthyhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_4692-1024x682.jpg\" width=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>\nHonestly, it&#8217;s an easy way to get rid of leftovers or if you&#8217;re simply over another salad for lunch. I always add a little extra to my plate because a certain two year old will want a bite or two. Place pasta on plate (I added a little extra because I know Emerson will want a bite or two). Drizzle with olive oil and top with grilled chicken, tomatoes and broccoli.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to pasta I&#8217;m a simple kind of gal.
