You&nbsp;<em>can<\/em>enjoy the holidays and still feel good in your body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the biggest tools that\u2019s helped me is\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ahappyhealthyhome.com\/tag\/macros\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">macros<\/a><\/strong>\u2014a flexible eating style that focuses on the right balance of protein, carbs, and fats for your body. When you\u2019re consistent, it works. And once you learn what your ideal numbers are, you can fit in the foods you love without \u201cstarting over\u201d in January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But if you\u2019re not counting yet, don\u2019t stress. Save that for the new year. For now, just start paying attention. Log your meals, order a food scale, notice your habits\u2014you\u2019ll be surprised how eye-opening it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the meantime, here are simple, no-nonsense tips to help you stay energized, confident, and bloat-free through the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Get Sweaty<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, the holidays are busy\u2014but movement matters. I love pairing fruit with non-fat plain Greek yogurt for a quick, balanced snack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pregame Your Events<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Skipping meals to \u201csave up\u201d for a big party is a recipe for showing up ravenous.
