\nHappy Friday! We made it — Christmas is Monday! Hopefully, you’re sitting pretty like me and have all your Christmas shopping and gifts wrapped up! I did 90% of my shopping online and probably owe the UPS and FedEx driving a big fat tip for all the deliveries they’ve made to my house over the last few weeks. Maybe next year I’ll put a box of water and treats on the porch for them….if I can pull it together long enough to remember. Anyway, let’s talk about my favorite things.<\/p>\n

Kids & Christmas<\/b>
\nOMG, did you see my throwback to Christmas<\/a> post yesterday? Yeah, it was full of little old me at Christmas. Honestly, Emerson has been the cutest this Christmas. We took photos with Santa, baked & decorated Christmas cookies, wrapped presents (opened a few too), watched Christmas movies and read a ton of Christmas books. I would say it’s been a December to remember.<\/p>\n

Emerson’s BIG Girl Bed<\/b>
\nSo Emerson’s been sleeping in the queen bed in our guest room\/my office for months now. Months! I finally pulled the trigger and ordered her this bed<\/a> then sent it back because of the color. Loved it, but it was just a little too sophisticated for a three-year-old. BTW – Wayfair<\/a> has a super easy and quick return policy. The second bed<\/a> I ordered was a success. We assembled her bed on Wednesday and I’m happy to report she’s slept in her room the last two nights! Now I just have to figure out what I’m doing with the rest of her room.<\/p>\n

Favorite Meal\/Snack of the Week<\/b>
\nOk, guys, this is two-fold. I’ve been munching on protein bites daily! But I switched things up. I used this recipe<\/a> with quick oats and IdealFit<\/a>‘s Dark Chocolate Raspberry Protein (psst.. they are having a mega end of year sale) and all I can say is I’m OBSESSED. I keep them in the freezer and pull one out whenever that sweet tooth hits. You’ll thank me later.<\/p>\n

Secondly, the Cilantro Rice Cauliflower Rice<\/a> I made last night was pretty tasty! You better believe I’ll make it again. FYI, I cut the avocado oil in half.<\/p>\n

I’m currently eying this top<\/a>, long sweater<\/a> and this sweater<\/a> too, this tank<\/a> and this tank<\/a>, this sports bra<\/a> (it’s one of my favorites) and these<\/a> 7\/8 leggings! Ok, let’s be honest I want to buy everything.<\/p>\n
